A game to find out from customers what is holding back progress.
Quick how-to guide:
  1. Gather a group of your existing product/service customers.
  2. Draw a speedboat on a wall, have post-it notes ready.
  3. Let each customer write "anchors", 1 per post-it note.  An anchor is feedback points on what is slowing down the boat.
  4. The position of the post-it note under the boat should reflect how much the problem "weighs down" the boat.
  5. Assign a severity level to each anchor.
  6. Use all learnings as the basis for further experiments or product backlog.
