  1. Recruit a group of target customers.
  2. Set up a room with play money, notes and paper.
  3. Share a list of 15-30 features available (hypothetical) and give them play money as budget.
  4. Each person allocates their cash to the features they want.
  5. Analyse which features received the most play money.
